Baptism Service

October 25th was a time for celebration as both Kate and Jon were baptised. Kate became a Christian back on Easter morning earlier in the year, whilst Jon held out until August of this year.

The Mission is full - full of people we don't normally see. In fact only six people from the Mission sat down in the 70 years available.
 

Kate had never even seen an adult baptism and in recognition of this we made her go first! 

Jon comes back up having failed to get the world record for holding his breath under water!

Summer Car Washes

During July and August we again confused the residents of Cliffe by holding our free car washes for the third year.

At numerous points we had a queue as people waited for their cars to be cleaned.

Tony was chief pooh bear this year and organsied us very well but woe-be-tied anyone who tried to bypass his QA.
